Job Description

Our client is currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join their rapidly growing team at. You will join a team of elite product managers, developers, UX designers, content creators and data scientists to lead product marketing with a laser focus on product promotion and conversion funnel optimization. You will play a key role in helping some of their major brands be the leading source of web-based content & tools for sophisticated investors. They take pride in the fact that they have a very strong product model - highly targeted and specific to those securities and now are focused on amplifying their value proposition to a broader audience.

You could describe yourself as a hybrid of classical digital marketing & new age growth strategy focused on targeting consumers the right way. You will be skilled at promoting premium subscription models across affiliate sites using interactive content. Your work will reach millions of engaged and discerning users across multiple channels. You will be creative, a great communicator, and have excellent problem-solving skills with a strong grasp of digital marketing and proven experience delivering business value via marketing initiatives. Responsibilities

- Work with product managers to shape successful product launches.
- Develop product positioning, messaging and value proposition for maximum user impact.
- Be the Product Owner as part of an Agile Scrum process for marketing specific projects.
- Combine both quantitative (metrics) and qualitative (user feedback) data to optimize conversion funnels.
- Master their competitive universe, inform their roadmap as appropriate, and provide other team members with messaging and content to stay ahead.
- Collaborate with the content team to create thought leadership content for their products.
- Create & schedule engaging email, social media and other marketing channel campaigns that are delivered consistently to their audience.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, new channels, and strategies.

Must Have Skills:

- Bachelorís degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience; product management experience considered a plus.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in a SaaS company driving funnel optimization.
- Sound funnel optimization understanding and experience driving results.
- You have launched multiple successful products and/or features.
- You have optimized conversion funnels and developed new conversion strategies.
- You have made decisions based on data analysis (i.e. not just reported metrics).
- Solid understanding of website user flows, UX/UI design and trends, A/B and multivariate testing.
- Experience using marketing automation tools (social, email, web, etc.), web analytics tools (Google Analytics etc), spreadsheets and HTML/CSS/JS.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including communicating with senior management.
- Excellent listener and capable of asking good questions.
- Proactive and demonstrate initiative, strong at generating workable ideas.
- Thrives and succeeds in an entrepreneurial environment.
